I can: change a tire, make an awesome omelet, change the vacuum filter(and take it apart down to the motor!) wrap a gift that will make you ooh and aah, fix my printer- usually! And I certainly can learn the rest!

Change a vacuum cleaner filter ! Yes beent there done that.
Do the Tango ! Nope fighter not dancer
wrap gift ! Yes kids and grand kids you know.
tap into a phone line. Yes to monitor and troubleshoot line.
choose a valuable diamond from a fake. No not really
design a house ! easiest of the bunch.
fix your printer ! Funny just had to do that today. Well my printer !
Now I have a question for you : Am I hired ?

I can change a tire, make a fluffy omelet, change vaccuum cleaner bag, wrap a gift, and fix my priner.
I just can't do the tango, tap into a phone line, choose a diamond and design a house.
In my defense, I don't want diamonds so I don't need to choose a valuable one. LOL
