Which is better and which should I buy? The Xbox 360 or PS3? I don't know. I can't make up my mind.

Consoles are all about games.
Write down the games currently released or coming soon you'd be interested in playing for each console. The one with the bigger list should be the one you seriously consider.

This is the EASIEST question ever.
The xbox 360. I myself had a xbox, and a month ago had to decide on which new system to buy. It really was between the Wii and the xbox 360, but I'll tell you why I knocked off the ps3.
There are practically no WOW games, and nothing you'll stick too playing. The graphics are great, but the 360 and Wii are the same. You really should choose the system on which games are out for each system. With Halo 3 coming out in 2 months, i think its an easy decision. You got pgr, forza, prince of persia, splinter cell, call of duty 4 soon, and many more games coming out for the 360.
The other factor is the price. The $499 price tag is not for a long, because sony isnt making that 60gb console anymore. So once they're all sold, the 80gb one will come out for $599.
The BEST 360 is $475, and might drop soon. And thats the one i purchased and couldnt be happier with its built in ready HD setting and plugs. It was a breeze to install in 10 minutes.
Just to cut short, get the 360; better online play (Live is the best), better games, cheaper, and you wont look like a fool who owns a $600 box with no good games.

I'd say Xbox 360 because it will have Halo 3 and Gta 4. While PS3 only has Gta 4. But then again... PS3 Elder Scrolls Oblivion doesn't lag a lot or almost never. While the 360's Oblivion lags more but there are ways to fix that. Also if you want to get a Xbox 360 don't get it until you have heard that the problem with it is fixed. Another tip is don't get the Xbox 360 Elite unless you have a HD TV because the Xbox 360 Elite is built with a special HD TV chip or something. I'd suggest Xbox 360 over PS3. (My opinion)

It comes down to what do want out of your system. I myself would go with The 360 if for only the fact that there are games for it out right now. The PS3 does have some juicy ones coming and it is a power house. If you have use a PSP it works the same and is very pretty. I have both along with the Wii. The built in Blu-ray on the PS3 is nice along with the backwards compatability. Also the WI Fi built in is a big one up on the 360 in my opinion. I am vary pleased with all three systems for diffeant reasons but really theres not much the 360 can't do that the PS3 can. I know it's not really an answer but It's really a question that come down to your gaming tastes what games youplay and does each system have that for you?

I''ll be smart to go for the ps3 now since the price is down by $100, it has a blue ray player which is next generation and the ps3 is twice the power of the xbox 360. It's your choice.

i have a ps3 it is way better than the 360 the 360 is having a recall an the ps3 cut down on their price to $500. the 360 destroys your disks!

PS3 is geared more towards the older crowd. They produce games for the more mature. Don't know too much about the Xbox. Play Station knows there key crowds is for the the 25 to 40 year old range, and they never disappoint in that regard. If it is for your kids go with Xbox, if it is for you go with PS3. And if you have blue ray ony PS3 will play those.

i don't like sony's game systems. plus the 360 i think has bette games. but it really depends on the game types you like. the sony system's games or mostly a lot differnt than like halo (an awsome xbox game) plus i tihnk the ps3 looks really really stupid. it looks like an old 80's ghetto vcr player. i would look into all the ps3 games and then look at all the xbox 360 games and look which one you think you would like better.

DON'T BUY XBOX 360!!!!!!!!!!
I work at a Computer store we are getting them like crazy because they are always having hardware problems.
PS3 is DEFFENETLY worth it. You can do so much more than Xbox.
Xbox is always screwing up with the disks and their really cheap Harddrives and memory
