Hey all,
I'm thinking of a music video that came out around 2001. It was a modern rock artist and it was him and his girlfriend, and his girlfriend screws with him and he drives away from her in a truck. That's all I can remember.
I was thinking Puddle of Mudd or Nickelback because I think the guy had medium length blonde hair.

Was it Animals by Nickelback? That's how the words go in the song. About a guy screwing in a truck and getting caught.
