I want to get this guy to like my friend. She has been crushing on him for 8 yrs but never told him cuz she is waiting on to approach her. wtf??? if he hasn't approached her in 8 yrs it probably ain't happening right? So I wanted to get something started between the two. How should I approach him? He has a myspace so that is where I was going to approach him. I've tried 2 dif. times under two dif. identities and I think I moved to fast cuz I failed both times. How I can be succesful this time?

LOL u cant!- if they have known each other for 8 years and he hasn't approached her yet probably not gonna happen. Set her up with someone else or have her come right out and ask him.

Well...I don't think you should take the myspace route to try and link your two friends up...if others see it and it goes no where, then you are embarrassing your two friends.
I think that if he hasn't showed interest in her yet, then more than likely, he's just not interested in her.
If you want to try and start something between them, maybe have a get together and invite the two of them. Get them in the same conversation and let it go from there.
Or...you could just tell your friend to call the guy and ask him out. Simple as that...he'll either say yes or no!

Just be straightforward and honest. If you don't want him to play games, then don't go playing games yourself. "Hi, how are you? Remember my friend Soandso? She likes you. Would you like to go out with her sometime?" If he doesn't, then there's nothing you can do. You can't force this kind of thing. And if he hasn't approached her in 8 years either he's got no clue that this girl likes him, or he doesn't like her back.

Why not just walk up to him and say, you have a friend who really likes him? You don't have to tell him she has liked him for 8 years. :)

It's not your dilemma, it's your friends problem. Have a small dinner party and invite eight single people. Let it take its own course.

approach him directly. he is probly totally clueless(some guys are)just ask him rite out if he likes her. all he can do is either say no or does she like me?

when ppl use fake profiles ppl think they are being stalked...think it thru...maybe approch him in person.....or have your friend do it, especially if she wants it to happen. it doesnt matter how much she likes him if she doesnt speak a word herself
