where do i get the plates that boost the following types: dragon,water,grass,ice,fighting?

I'd like a place to find one instead of underground. i already know that.

the only other way to find them on land is the itemfinder
underground is rare to find em
but on land its rare too
so i suggest trading
and checking underground occasionally

find them in the underground tunnel n in grassy places usin item finder!

you can find any plate in the under ground
