What could this be?

For years and years now, I've had this thing that goes on where I think about something, such as a scene from a movie or lyrics from a song, and it comes into my mind randomly..and then the next time I turn on the TV and turn it to a channel, the same movie I was thinking about is on at the exact same scene I thought about. And on the radio, the song would be on, near those exact lyrics.

Sometimes I would even be in a class, and then the teacher says he will pick on someone to choose a number from one to one hundred. Randomly, someone in the class comes into my mind, and the teacher calls on that person. Either that or I think of a number myself from one to one hundred, as an example, I would think in my head "75." And when the student answered, he said "75."

Also, I was watching the Price is Right a while ago, and the woman on the show was asked to pick a number, I was saying out loud "47." and she said "47."
I'm not sure what this is, does anyone know what this is called?

It also seems to have gotten faster and faster over the years. Meaning that when I first noticed it, I would think about something, and then after about a day it would come on. And now I think about something, as it comes randomly into my head, and then it comes on even the next minute or second.

This seems to happen to me nearly everyday, I should also say. It kind of scared me at first.

You may have extra-sensory perception. Don't be scared, there is definitely a small percentage of the human population that have these abilities. Most do not know they have it or because of fear have supressed their abilities.

Your question is worded about a million times better than most I've run into, so I think I'll answer it.
That's colloquially called "precognition." It happens to most people at least once in their lives, though some (such as yourself) notice it happening more and more. Some believe it's pure coincidence, others believe its some kind of psychic ability or ESP (extra-sensory perception). What it is exactly I couldn't say, but it has happened to me multiple times and I know it can be quite disconcerting. Don't count on it too much.
As a side note, TV shows like The Price is Right can be filmed days or even weeks before their airdate, unless it specifies that it's live, which The Price is Right isn't. So please don't get the idea that you're planting things in other peoples' heads- it's unhealthy.

Things like that happen to both me and my husband all the time! Finally, someone else it happens to! Things like-say for example we'll be sitting and talking about a certain song, then we'll turn on the tv, and a show will come on and that song will be in it! I can't even remember all the little things like that that happen. I'll have a song in my head, and then I'll walk into a store, and darned if that same song comes on the store's radio! You are not alone! It's definitely a psychic connection. There are no coincidences.

You most likely have some sort of psychic ability-congrats!Your abilities would probably be considered precognition, which is knowing when things are about to happen before they actually do. Things like that have happened to me too... I'll be singing a song then turn on the radio either then or later and that song will be on... once I randomly thought of a song and this girl started singing it! Creepy!

Anyways, I know there are ways to develop your psychic abilities... you might want to google it or look at a few books on the subject if you really want to know more!

It happens to me too. When I was playing bingo, work with me here, I called out every number that the caller would say and it was right I have a few witness too. Same things happen with music on the radio and TV. I feel for ya. But it is kind of cool

If an artist, a decorator, a creative person, someone who mainly uses the right side of their brain were to become enlightened they would have the ability to read auras, our chakras, draw guides and this is how they would channel what they received because the ability to see images is their most heightened sensitivity.

This is a person who will pick up a thought and just knows it. This person is sensitive to precognition and has hunches, dreams and knowings and this person usually deals with the future or present and how it will affect another. It is your subconscious mind telling you that you are on the path that you laid out for yourself before you were incarnated. Same with Deja vu. Before you are incarnated, you plan out a life path for yourself. You will naturally stray and stick to this path because of free will. it is called being physic, I am to a small degree, I know when friends or family are ill or hurt, I get this realllllllyyyyyy strong butterfly feeling in the pit of my atomic when something is about to happen.....unfortunately, I never know if it is good or bad.

me too i also experienced that kind of phenomena, like the other day i was thinking of this food called "kinilaw" and then i discover that our main course for the supper is kinilaw.. i experience also thinking of something like a movie title and i dont know why i was thinking of that and when i open the television its actually the movie i was thinking..for me i think it's just all happened coincidentally... but if this phenomena always happen to you, you could enhance it by practicing you mind maybe you could be a mentalist, isn't that cool?
