For the positives and negatives, any number minus a negative number is changed to a plus, so if it's something - (-1.2), it's actually + 1.2. Two negative numbers multiplied together make a positive number.

For fractions, you have to multiply the denominators together so that all the fractions have the same denominator and then multiply the numerator by whatever you multiplied the denominator by and then just solve the problem with the numerators.

Also, when you're working with decimals you just treat them like you would anything else and keep the decimal point in the same place in the answer. The only number that you would change is the "27" since that doesn't have a decimal point, so you'd have to make it 27.0 and line up the other numbers with the decimal points all right on top of each other.
