I suggest getting an ETF. Here are a couple that are very interesting PIO an PHO. You will be more diversified and it'll be easier to manage. These dont focus only on waste water but also other water related uses and treatment.

I do love a rational certainty pushed debate. it quite is neither. the place is your information and the place isf the causal link. As for being the main corrupt that remark in numerous different international places might get you sued for libel. I am not aware of any wastewater treatment facilities which are not government operated. If there are private ventures now treating wastewater, please inform me. I'd like to investigate.
