Oh, come on. Darth Vader /is/ my favorite character!
Besides him, I'd have to go with the Dark Woman, a EU character from one of the Star Wars Tales comic books, or perhaps Asajj Ventress. Jar'Kai (twin lightsaber combat) is just wonderful to watch.

Canderous Ordo a Mandalorian who fought in the Mandalorian Wars in the Old Republic. A hardened, war torn veteran turned mercenary. Wise and brave he was. Enjoyed listening to his war stories and about his past, very enjoyable and informative.

Han Solo is by far the best character. He is funny, a great gun fighter, one of the galaxies best pilots, "a natural leader", extreamly brave and daring, all around he is just awsome.

I have a ton of favorites,Princess Leia,R2-D2,Chewbacca,Han Solo,Kit Fisto,Aayla Secura,Yoda-pretty much they're all great.
