I think it sounds both masculine and feminine the way you have spelled it. However, it sounds quite feminine and pretty when spoken (with an exotic roll of the "G"). Again, however, if you roughen the "G", it could sound like "jor-jan" and not too feminine.
The way you have it spelled, pronouncing it phonetically with English rules, it is too masculine of a name for a female. If she is to go to school with that name, she is asking to be made fun of as kids/teens are often quite cruel and like to tease others to boost their own egos.
More thoughts on this, but, enough already!!

It a nice name but I wound rather see it as one word -- Georganne Better yet, Georganna or Georgieanna.

Well, if you're serious...and you really like that name, go for it. but please, only on a boy. Middle names are easier to hide than first names.
