I am unsure of how this would rank keeping my age in mind.

I am 13 year old girl.

Your 131 is impressive, but I recommend not worrying much about IQ. The number, though not purely abitrary, is less than reliable as an indicator of intelligence. Many tests do not fit the cultural background of many test takers, and they do not necessarily measure what your intelligence really is. They do test certain so-called standards, but there are other criteria that more reliably gauge intelligence.

How well do you solve problems--not simply school problems or math problems, etc. but all problems? Maybe you need to make decisions regarding situations that arise. How well do you communicate? Do you understand what you read--if not at first, don't take it as a strike against intelligence. Read again, and seek information from the myriad resources available to you.

My own IQ has tested from 121 to 156 and has fluctuated significantly within that range, hitting the extremes and many mid-range numbers several times. But the numbers do not really mean much.

Still, do not disregard the numbers either. Use them wisely but don't worry about them. Apply your skills and your mind to your life, and you will do well. Passion can play a role in apparent intelligence; if you truly love doing something and are truly passionate about it, you will be more likely to succeed than if you don't have that same drive.

I could go on at some length, but now it's up to you. This is most likely not the answer you were seeking, but I hope you find value in it. You are an intelligent person. Go out and live.

Age is not a factor. Supposedly, your IQ never changes regardless of age. So what it is now, it was 10 years ago and will be 10 years from now. 135 and above is considered to be "gifted", so that would put you at the very high end of average. Still, higher than most.

It should say on the scoring paperwork what the rank is. It's probably something around top 10% of the general population. That said, mine was 144 at 11 - and it means jack nothing if you don't do something with it...

IQs ajust for age. Someone who answered all the questions the same as you but is an adult would have a lower IQ.

I believe 120 is considered average, so your 11 points put you a bit ahead, but IQ is only a rough estimate of potential for learning. Many people have high IQ but when it comes to common sense they are as dumb as a bag of hammers.

Very high. 100 is the middle of normal. 140 is genius.
