My spine, I had a car accident and the surgeons had to replace couple of vertebraes with titanium vertebraes. I can't run anymore and I can't even bend over to tie my shoe laces anymore.
I can't pick up my little nephew and niece, or take them for a walk or play hide and seek anymore.

My toes. Looks like someone put them on the rack and stretched as hard as they could. They're almost like a chimp's toes. I'll keep everything else though.

My eyes. I'd keep the color and shape, but I would SO love to have perfect vision without sticking contacts lenses in them every morning :|
And now I have to resort to wearing BIFOCAL contacts :((
