I assume you mean a clown loach. For them I would suggest sinking pellets. They also love bloodworms!

If you are keeping the clown loach with goldfish, he is probably starting to show the effects of no heat in the tank and the excess ammonia that goldfish put out in their waste.

When water conditions are not right for a fish it first loses its appetite, then its color and finally becomes lethargic and just sits there waiting to die.

Clown loaches are tropical fish and need temps in the range of 78-82 degrees. MM was right on about the food, maybe you can tempt him with some worms. But, if the temp is too cool his metabolism is way down and he will not be hungry.

Goldfish (a coldwater fish) should not be kept with tropicals and vice versa. They need entirely different water conditions.

Tetra flakes should work fine. Sounds like your fish is unhappy. I would check your water chemistry for problems.
