Her Dorsal fins are bent not strait with a few small holes. Her tank is in good condition she has 125 gallons with a pleco and a mbuna. I have treated her for hole in the head and septecemia. She is healthy but her fins just look weird.

Which age an accumulated damage, a fish such as an Oscar can end up with many bent rays in their fins as well as far less actual fin material. Often when fins are damaged, they grow back, but not perfectly. It sounds like you are seeing the results of such time accumulated damage.

black commonly shows burn sort marks, what are the ammonia readings on your tank? that's what i might verify first, something better than 0 may be the perpetrator. what length tank are they in? blood parrots want extremely great tanks as they advance deceptively great (approximately 8" or so). does it appear like its under the scales, the scales themselves or some thing else? no different indicators which includes lethargy, dropping weight, bloatedness? the rationalization i ask is each in some circumstances black marks, extremely in cichlids (a blood parrot is a cichlid) can point out fish tuberculosis, this is a bad ailment, each in some circumstances even symptomless, and is oftentimes deadly. analyze the link under.
