What should the temperature be directly coming out my of home AC vents?

14 - 22 degrees less than what the return air is puttinginto the system

Both previous answers are good 15-20 degree temperature drop is normal

I think they run about 16 degrees lower than the room temperature.

should be 18Â° to 20Â° cooler than the air going in to your return ducts.....so if your return air is 75 then your air coming out of the vens should be around 55.....that's give or take a few degree
