Yes....
I felt an urge to tighten my helmet strap....I stopped and did it.
Within 1/2 mile I was in a motorcycle accident at 60 mph.
(the strap was loose)

I trust my instincts, but don't always follow them. Such as I know I should dump the guy I'm seeing. My instincts tell me he can't be believed or trusted, but I'm not ready to give up on him. So the true answer for most people is yes, but that doesn't mean they listen.

Sometimes, and when I do I'm usually wrong. So I try to base my choices on logical reason because I found that my instincts are really just patterns of behavior. Not only that but I find intelligence to be far more receptive to new situations.

Yes, although I call it natural knowing. When I don't listen to it, I invariably have problems. Defining where the feeling is coming from really does help one to make the right decision and follow the right path.
