If you are not pregnant, or had a baby recently, I would seriously talk to your Dr. I honestly have never heard of this happening, so contact your Dr. and see what they say. You can probably talk to the nurse, someone will let you know. Good Luck!

Yes it is possible, and no it is not normal. It could be a sign of a hormone inbalance or something more serious like a pituitary tumor.
Galactorrhea is a condition in which you begin to produce milk spontaneouly, without being pregnant or having given birth recently. It is a result of high prolactic levels. Other symptoms include:enlarged breasts, painful or tender breasts, irregular menstruation, loss of sex drive, and infertility. There are a few things that may be responsible for your prolactin irregularities. In order to treat your infertility, you will need to determine what is at the bottom of your elevated prolactin levels.
Prolactinoma is one of the more common causes of prolactin-induced infertility. Prolactinoma causes a tumor to grow on your pituitary gland. This tumor secretes excess prolactin into your body. About 10% of the population have these tumors. They usually do not pose any health risks, besides infertility, though sometimes they can interfere with vision.
Prescription drugs can cause excess secretion of prolactin. Some anti-depressants, painkillers, and opiates block dopamine, preventing prolactin secretion from being inhibited. This can cause your prolactin levels to rise.
Other more rare causes of prolactin irregularities include:
thyroid disease, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and
shingles

Yes, it is possible, and sometimes it is actual breast milk.

When I had my older daughter, my oldest sister and I lived in apartments in the same building. We were together a lot during my pregnancy, and after my daughter was born (even though her youngest son was 4 years old and she'd stopped breast feeding more than 3 years before), when my baby would cry, her breasts would feel tender.

Within 3 weeks of my daughter's birth, my sister's breast milk had come back in and she could have been a wet nurse for me.

It's possible and normal for some people who's bodies are a bit abnormal. Not necessarily being bad or wrong... just different.

Heck, I knew of a guy (only 1, fortunately) that had glands that developed so strangely that he actually produced a small amount of milk... I think it was about a teaspoon or so.
Abnormalities happen very often, too... like webbed feet or bigger earlobes ;-)

Yes, it can happen to women, or girls, who are having "fathom pregnancy's", even to girls as young as 13 or 14 who are still virgins but have a very strong emotional relationship with someone.

Yes, it is normal unless it looks like puss. If it looks like puss you need to go see a doctor because that is a sign of breast cancer.
