Gravity is a force so this question doesn't make sense. It's like asking how could we make light liquid. Neither gravity nor light are matter and you need matter to have gases, liquids or solids. Forces, such as gravity and electromagnetism, are due to energy carried in fields that are not matter but that can interact with matter.

The question is sort of like asking how can we make a carrot an elephant.

Gravity is like the wind, you can see it but you can see the affects it has on objects. Therefore is is not tangible and cannot be made into a liquid.

You're talking apples and oranges here. Either you don't understand the concept of gravity or the concept of solids, liquids, and gases.

only mass has different pases as solid or liquid or gas
