It's suppose to be easier for you to apply with and help get the corners of your lashes which gives you a more fuller look.

Cause your eyelid is curved around your eyeball so your eyelashes are curved around your lid, hence CURVE to reach more at the same time

to follow the natural curve of your lashes. if you notice theyre not straight they do have a slight curve. it just makes things easier i guess
