A girl can have a great personality but if she doesn't have some good looks then I'd never want to take it farther then being friends.
A girl can also have great looks, but if she has a bad personality then I'd never want to get in a SERIOUS relationship. Honestly, I might want to hook up a few times but I probably wouldn't want to seriously date her
I'd say 70% looks, 30% personality.

Eyes, butt, shoulders, athletic body, smart, funny, sexually open, likes to travel, understands the impact of a great pair of heels, confidence, likes live music, drinks wine or beer, can wear a pair of jeans or a little black dress and look great in both, can wear a ball cap and know she is still sexy, can go to football games, and understands that while we need time together, we also need time apart.

he should be intellectually stimulating to talk to. someone sensible, kind and mature.
he should have a good sense of humor.
of course, good looks won't hurt but someone presentable will do.
he should know how to win my family over and he should be nice to my friends.
we should be compatible in most things. there would be differences of course thus he should be understanding. he should respect my opinions even if he does not agree with them.
