I was just there, it is hot all the time but I think the coolest would be late evening. The sun is down and you can still jump in the pool without getting burnt. It is so nice there, considering I am from Washington State.

At night is the coolest part of the day because due to lack of moisture in the air there aren't any clouds in the sky so all the heat from the sun escapes back into space
