i think around noon time cuz everyone gets on to check there email then cehcks answers i mean i do check it l8 at nite to see if anyone has left any questions and i havent found much at nite good question tho i think u should get a star here

All the time because people are constantly getting on theres no specific time because people are also in different time zones.
