Why would they? There own text tells them not too. Here are a few examples:
"Allah's Apostle said 'I have been made victorious with terror'" (Bukhari Vol. 4, Bk. 52, No. 220)
"Allah's Apostle said, "Killing disbelievers is a small matter to us'" (Tabari IX:69)
"As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill conduct, admonish them, refuse to share their beds, beat them" (Surah 4:34)
"I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strick off every fingertip of them" (Koran 8:12)
"So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them...and [as for] those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will by no means allow their deeds to perish" (Koran 47:4)

Let's do the math....
Roughly 20% of the world is Muslim. 1.3 billion out of 6.5 billion.
If 1% of those supported killings and terrorist attacks, that's 13 million terrorists. That would allow 2000 suicide bombings per day, every day, around the world.... at 730K per year, 7.3 million per decade. And for sake of guesswork, let's say each terrorist attack or suicide bombing kills 5 to 10 people only.
So, if even 1% were terrorist, we'd have worldwide casualties at a rate of tens of thousands per day, for at least the next 20 years (assuming no new recruits and no children raised in the fold). Given that we're not seeing casualties anywhere close to that rate, than it's reasonable to conclude that 1% is vastly too high a number.
But that still leaves 99% not willing to commit killings.
As far as condemning killings, how many people in the US get up on a daily basis and publicly condemn murder or rape? Because if not condemning it is the same as supporting it, then most of the US supports murder and rape.

percentage? Now, how would anyone have that number and how would they prove it.
I can tell you from reading the Qur'an and spending a lot of years working in the middle east that the answer is Zero percent. None of them condem killing in the name of Islam. They all listen to the same Immam, pal.
Maybe in the future you can ask a question that someone (other than Allah) can answer. From the wording and tone of your question it's obvious you support Muslims.

99 % of the moslems do condem killings in the name of islam . islam is very clear about that . the evidence is first to read the quran and to know what it says about the killings or talk to
well known moslem scolars to answer your questions and also to visit and talk to moslems . you can also visit known moslem websites like the well known AL AZHAR in Eygept .
