1. It does appear to be real.
2. The car looks like a typical sedan, so we can assume a weight of about 3000 pounds. The front/rear weight distribution is probably about 60/40. So, 20% of the weight is on each rear tire. 0.2 * 3000 = 600, so he probably had about 600 pounds on his arm.
3. The wheel lifted about 3 inches, so the driver would definitely feel a bump if they were paying attention.

Very real. About 2000 pounds. Of course the driver felt a bump.
