I can't think of this ever happening but I wonder what would happen. Would he be out or would another batter finish the at-bat?

A pinch hitter should be brought to finish the at-bat, inheriting the ball-strike count of the ejected batter.
If he strikes out, the k will be credited to the ejected batter, any other outcome will be credited to the pinch hitter.

A pinch hitter enters and finishes the at-bat with the count and everything else remaining the same. I'm not 100% sure on this but I kind of remember the stats accumulated being credited to the original batter instead the pinch hitter, if someone knows whether or not this correct that would be awesome.

A pinch hitter would pinch hit for the batter and they would continue the at bat the the pinch hitter would have the same pitch count as the other player who was ejected and the same number of outs and would just continue the game.
