How old is the dragon? Babies will mainly eat crickets for the first month or two of life. I have 2 babies right now. Both from the same clutch. One started taking greens at 4 weeks old, the other didn't until almost 7 weeks old. It all really depends on the dragon. I would just continue to offer the fresh greens daily and eventually they will start eatting them.
As for the pellets, I have never had any luck getting a dragon to eat them.

I use a food processor to chop up the vegies and greens very small. Then I put them in a shallow bowl, and occasionally drop a few superworms on it to entice him to eat. Mine is almost 10 months old and just picks at his greens. He's getting better. Sometimes babies don't eat much salad, but keep offering it every day. Vary the greens--mine like Turnip better than Mustard or Collard. If she is more than 12 inches, try varying her insects--like superworms, phoenix, etc. Go to

Well, my beardie was really picky and only ate certain veggies, try strawberry tops, kale, spinach, collard greens, grapes, stuff like that, and wiggle it around so it'll notice it, cause sometime a beardie won't eat it if it isn't moving.

There is nothing wrong with just feeding your beardie just crickets. As other people have suggested try chopping apple or just simply keep feeding he/she crickets

If your beardie will eat mealworms, chop up some greens and put the mealworms and the copped up greens in the dish. Over time use less and less mealworms, he'll be eating greens in no time :)

Well don't feed her for awhile....when she gets hungry enough she'll eat them. Don't be mean about it though, if she doesn't eat it for more than 2 weeks or so feed her. Or maybe she her metabolism isn't fast enough and she is still full from the crickets.

Another treat mine never has refused is dandelion flowers. That's like bearded dragon candy. Once he grabs onto something veggy though, he's likely to start thinking outside the box.
