That and my ankles and toes. My toes go in 20 different directions at
once. One thing that helps, when I remember, is magnets on the
offending spots. When one hits me I have to get up put my foot on the
floor, grit my teeth, and put all my weight on the one that is in spasms.
When I hear the crack the pain and spasms stop. Sometimes I just
have to get up and walk around. Not a lot of fun. My sympathies are
with you because I know how painful it is. Try magnets before going to
bed; stick them inside your socks and it will help to hold them.

yes, that hurts so bad! My dad told me to eat bananas and it will stop. He said it is caused by a deficiency, and something in the bananas helps it. I got them all the time when I was pregnant and it worked for me!
