how can i make a simple sugar "carb" additive out of table sugar to benefit my plants,?

my plants will soon begin flowering how do i make a home made sugar supplement to help it out with its flowering and budding stage.

no need to . the plants do that by photosynthesis. the roots would propably not absorb it
