depends i would say around 17-19 inches

Its almost impossible to guess how long a 4 lb newborn would be. Could be anywhere from about 14-18 inches is my guess..

Again, you cannot 'guesstimate' the length, weight, or gestation with only one or two facts - too many variables.
The average, fullterm newborn is 6 and 1/2 to 8 pounds; and
18 to 22 inches long. You could have been a long, skinny newborn or a short, fat one.

16 1/2 to 17 1/2 inches.

Everyone I have known to have babies around 4 lbs was that long.. Everyone is different.

all babies are different lengths but the norm is 19 to 22 in
