I filed for a protective order against my ex, they granted it today and added our unborn child to it. (YEAYY!!)
However, seeing as how the order is on an "unborn child" will he still be able to take me to court for split custody after the baby is born if the baby is included in the protective order??
We were never married so first he would have to prove that he IS the father, but my thought is that he would not be able to see the baby until the order expires in 2 years..??
How does this work?

Yes people, children should USUALLY know their father..BUT if the father is abusive and holds a gun to your head or drags you down the stairs, ect.. and has no concern for your safety WHILE you are pregnant, than he is NO father!! And my job as a mother is to protect my child from danger so this "man" lost his rights under many people's theory!!I f he is abusive before and during the pregnancy than this obviously is as clear as day that he is a dangerous man and should not be aroung this infant! (get real, people say kids need the father but the moment i put my baby in his hands and something happens to him then I'll have CPS on me for innappropriate choices on MY behalf!)
