Yes. That is one the major problems with our governemt today. Problem is they would have to vote that in.

All you have to do is vote for someone willing to support that particular change to the Constitution.

I think it makes more sense to attempt term limits on members of Congress. Being a member of Congress, unlike being a Justice of the Supreme Court, was never intended to be a life long occupation.

Oh oh. I'm starting to sound like a Ron Paul supporter.

I'm assuming you mean US Supreme Court.

There are term limits = "on good behavior".

That's defined right in the Constitution, Article III. So, to change that, you would need to change the constitution.

Not a bad idea -- When they wrote the Constitution the life expectancy was a lot lower.

nope just age restrictions 50 to apply and then mandatory retirement at 65. People live longer now I dont think the founding fathers even knew about alzheimers........
