Well, Bush has Noiega in Jail! So i guess Bush is Better huh????!

Bush sold a war that is not legal, took a whole country to war on false pretense and has been caught buying news releases! and has been caught with the armys propaghanda specialist in CNN!

Looks like bush wins at being the mobster/dictator!
