I think it would be hard for you to find employment as a phlebotomist with that in your past. It's possible, but probably not incredibly likely. Anything in a medical lab would probably be difficult because of confidentiality rules and because of issues with people questioning your integrity (with it being a drug felony).

If it's far enough in the past and it's the only thing on your record or your record has been clean for a long enough period of time, it might be passable.

I would find it difficult to believe that you can be in the reserves with a drug-related felony on your record, unless the military hasn't done a recent check on you...and if they do, that could lead you to a dishonorable discharge.

You cannot work in a hospital with a drug-related felony; it's too much of a risk for them. Drugs are a choice.

Having a marijuana conviction will mean everything.
