of course, why wouldn't you? isn't that why we're all popping anti-depressants and anxiety drugs?

I wouldn't give that gift to anyone, you should have created your own happiness by the people your with and the actions you do, and thats for all Christians, when heaven is near, after death, or when the rapture comes, but I wish everyone was a Christian, so we could all have that. But I would be scared to give life long happiness to anyone because seeing someone 100% happy 24/7 would be a bit creepy, but if i could make someones wish come true, and get people out of mental illness or depression, i sure would, my grandma, and this boy named justen. But i know God intended it to be this way, because its not a perfect world, but if someone offered me that, I would turn them down, even though happiness is what were striving for, I would want to have all the other feeling so i could live my life in a constant state of compassion, not constant like every second, just to be aware, of the plan God has for me and you if your a believer in Christ. Remember God loves everyone, and he died so we could live again, not like a baby, but in an internal closeness, so we could have faith.

Happiness is not a static emotion, but relative to circumstance. For instance is someone who has healthy children that are A grade students happier than someone who has a Downs Syndrome child that is able to attend a conventional school. Life-long happiness is not a commodity that can be apportioned but rather a value judgement that can't be qualified until the life is lived.

Eternal happiness is way overrated. Just think about it, really. So many problems would arise after a while. The world isn't that black and white. I would never give such a "gift" to anyone.
As for me accepting it, no. NO way. What is life without emotion and loss, adventure and obstacles? I'll tell you: nothing. Nothing at all.

I would give the gift to my mother. For reasons obvious to all those of you with a momma.
If someone offered me the gift, yes, of course I would accept it.
I believe:
that the more you accept the more you are able to give.
The more you give the more you are able to accept.
The more you accept the more you are able to give.
And so and and so on...no one would ever want for anything if we all would just share.

I wouldn't give it to someone upless they wanted it, but I'd offer it to some member of my close family. It would take a while to decide which, but I wouldn't take it if I didn't have a true reason to be happy because I'd always know in the back of my mind it was fake and that would eat me alive.

No risk. 0. Nada. Nil. the international can't go on perpetually via fact the solar will at last burn up its hydrogen, boost right into a purple great, thoroughly blow off its outer shell in a great explosion, and the earth alongside with it. long till now that occurs, the solar gets so warm that the earth would be burnt to a ineffective dry cinder, unable to help the least complicated styles of existence. this is unarguable medical certainty. settle for it.

I wish I could have two gifts to give - one to my mom and one to my dad. I think I'd give it to my mom, though. She's in pretty poor health - heart problems, diabetes, arthritis. I had a younger sister with cancer who passed away two years ago, and my mom took care of her for twenty years - a lot of time sitting in hospital rooms, etc., and I think that contributed to her health problems. Very little exercise, nothing to do but eat, etc. Now my dad is retired, and she's not able to do much. I don't want to make it sound like my dad didn't help with my sister - he really, really did - but he had work to escape to sometimes, and my mom had no real outlet. As for being offered that gift myself, yes - I would love it, absolutely.

I would give my children life-long happiness and yes I would accept life-long happiness. I'm kind of sad today and would rather be happy!

I would accept it now, now that I know the difference.
My first thought is to give it to my children, but then of course what would be happiness without disappointment or sadness in small doses? It would get boring.
And, how would the happiness effect others - at what cost to them?

If someone offered it to me of course i woudln't accept it. i would want them to give it to someone else more deserving, because i know that i'd enjoy life more knowing someone else is having a great life because of my doing and that also because i worked hard for everything in my life.
if i could, i would give it to my sister, whose still very young (12) and seeing her happy makes me happy. I would give it to God, but he's not on earth, and probbaly is already happy...hopefully..
