How can I send a mail to different addresses from excel?

I have a list of 200 e-mail addresses in Excel. I want to send 1 mail to everybody, how can I do that in a simply way?
Please help me!!!

Save the spreadsheet as a comma delimited text file (.csv). Import this file into Microsoft Outlook as contacts. Add your contacts to your email.
