Google maps to the rescue.

Go to http://maps.google.com/maps?tab=wl and click on get directions. Enter the Urabans to Cincinnati and then Urabana to Cleveland and see which one has the smaller distance.

Urbana is definitely closer to Cincinnati.
It's in West Central Ohio.
Cleveland is in NE Ohio.

Well, I don't know if this helps....but I think it's closest to Columbus. (I know thats not what you asked -- but I'm telling you that just in case you were unaware of the city of 700,000+ in the middle of the state)
