The 0 usually say OPERATOR or OPER. You did ask for those that don't have "letters next to them". Just being correct.

There is only 1, the number 1. 0 has OPER next to it. The last time I checked those were letters.

BTW: All phones are different. My * key has TONE and my # key has PAUSE.
