The term 'press charges' refers to CRIMINAL charges. At least in the US, an individual can NEVER press charges. The district attorney doe that. You could file a civil lawsuit. As coragryph sated, there is probably no relief the court could grant.

Generally, no.

Absent defamation or harassment (as defined by state law) there is no claim for which a court can grant you relief.

I'm ignoring the fact that based on your added text, this probably isn't a serious question. I'm answering it for the benefit of anyone else who way actually want to know the legal answer.
