Keeping fit is a good idea to check from time to time as long as we don't make an obsession about it. Then we'll all gonna end up skinny like Nicole Ritchie, lol.

Not when I was younger. I was always super thin because of a high metabolism but now that I'm getting older and that's finally slowing down I'm getting more health concious. Especially since I put on a little weight around my middle!!

It goes in phases.... years ago, I exercised 6 days per week, sometimes 3 hours per day..... I was very lean & very fit....
then I got heavier, worked more hours.....
now I'm starting to get fit again.....
