It depends upon the offense.

You can send an attorney to answer for your missed appearance, at an OSC Hearing.

If the judge finds good cause, the warrant will be rescinded.

Good luck!

The warrant compels you to go to court. It was issued for missing court, so if you are arrested under that warrant, the police are going to hold you until the court hearing.

You were supposed to be in court for some other reason (else, you couldn't have missed the court appearance). Once you deal with the fine for missing the original hearing, you have to face whatever the original issue was.

If you could face jail time, for either offense, then you qualify for an appointed attorney if you cannot afford one. Otherwise, you can pay for an attorney yourself.

As far as your sentence (probation or otherwise), that depends on what the original offense was, and the ultimate outcome of those proceedings. The penalty for missing the court date itself will usually just be a fine (monetary penalty).

It's called a body attachment and judging by your spelling you are not that bight. Let them know why you missed your court date and suffer the consequences. Next time they tell you to be there, you won't forget about it.
