Get him to send you the details of his request via email. Print the email out and you have a case for extortion to the District Attorney. If this is too public take the email to a Judge and get an injunction.

Something tells me this guy already has shown your pics around. He is too much of a jerk not to.

Get this in writing of some sort, record date and time of phone conversations. Ask him if it would be okay to send it in installments. To protect him send him to collect the money go pick it up in the next state. This is crossing the state line and it will make it a mail fraud case which is big time crime time. I would recommend that you hire a private detective to photo and record any further communication and his evidence is both confidential and really devastating in any court action.

Go to the Police. Get them to witness you handing the money over. Otherwise get them to accept the Private dicks stuff.

Go to the Feds if you can get him to take the black mail money in another state. In any event this guy is a black mailer.

Then you threaten him. If he publishes those photos in any manner then it is he who will spend even more time in jail. If he publishes or shows them he is going to do a lot of time.

The judge will suppress any publication of any photo whatsoever if he does then you can extract not only jail out of him you can extract every single penny from any money he has or makes for the next fifty years.

And anyone in that town who sees and passes on those photos you may be embarrassed but sue the hell out of them too. That will take the fun out it.

You will be embarrassed for a week or two and it will be over. Don't forget to add the question "Don't you wish you looked that good twenty years ago! ?". Tell him to sell them but your attorney will make sure you get 65 percentage of the profit.

Go to the police and file a report so that any future extortion can be prosecuted.

Go to the police and turn him in, that's extortion and it's a felony. The guy is a jerk and needs to be taught a lesson.

Let me know where he is. I will go beat the crap out of him. I hate blackmail. I'll teach him a lesson he will never forget.

Better go to the Cops they will probably handle it more civilly that I could.

Well, I'd personally kick his ****.

Or you could do it legally! Tell the police and ask them to keep this confidential [as it should be]. He STOLE them from you. And now he's blackmailing you.

If you still have the negatives, copyright them. If he sells the photos, sue him back to the stone ages.

I would definately seek legal advise- don't tell him you are.
Think of it this way- be embarassed to tell the story rather than be embarassed when people notice you from your nude photos.
