It orignially had an 80GB hard drive but someone locked me out by changing the password on it....i cant figure it out....so i changed the hard drive and its only a 4GB.....is there a way to override the password on the old hard drive maybe? i didnt create a password reset disk....because the new hard drive isnt working right....it wont connect to the internet and it keeps kicking itself off and taking maybe 20 minutes before it will restart again....

Well, if you do not want to save anything on the disk, reformat the 80gb hard drive. Then put it back in, reinstall the OS, and you are up and running. (Set your own passwords on it so that no on else can.)

I have found a few links that speak on how to get into Windows if you have lost the password. I linked to one NT, one XP, and one Vista source due to the fact that you did not list your OS. Good luck!

check your BIOS settings, there must be a password there
