Someone or Something deleted a folder of mine. It is in the recycling bin but I cannot restore it. Help?

Please Help ME. It has very valuable info in it that I cannot afford to lose.

Don M. I cannot drag and drop because it is being used by another user or program. Nobody else is logged on and my folder is private sooooo. I'm guessing its a virus or something else in that category.

If someone else is using it, unlock it using unlocker

http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

Then drag it out.

Open the recycle bin and drag it out to the desktop.
