You'd cut your hair short, so that it wouldn't frizz out due to the lack of gravity and the static charge.

YES It certainly would mess up yoiur hair. In fact to be an Astronaut you would probably have to cut most of it off to gain a good seal on your helmet - prevent strands of hair from blocking the airtight seal. In space (zero gravity) just a tiny bit of static electricity will make your hair blossom out like a sun flower's petals and you will look really crazy, like you have just been electrocuted or something. This is called a permanent bad hair day.
That, however, is only a minor problem compared to the situation of getting an itchy nose, or some little tiny thing in your eye. With a space helmet on your head, you cannot reach your nose, or rub your eye. It is maddening.

Lol no longer something worse than helmet hair, yet don't be concerned because of the fact till now you place the helmet on you may the place a padded liner below the helmet so which you will finally end up with flat hair yet a minimum of it is going to by no skill be messy.

Vanity and being an astronaut do not go together. After all a nice hot bath is out of the question, a sponge down is about as good as you get. There is no privacy to do anything (including using the toilet),

Dont worry little girl, you won't become an astronaut. The shoes are not cute enough for you anyway.
