there are scenes where we're on the actual ship and other scenes where we're on the island itself

thanks!

i'm looking for a couple caribbean/island songs as well as good "family vacation" songs in general (for the part where we're on the cruise)

thanks!

yeah, the Beach Boys "Good Vibrations" is a good one also "Three Little Birds" or "One Love\PeopleGet Ready" by Bob Marley.

As far as the Bahamas goes look for something with steel drums on it. I can't think of any offhand.

individually, i'd chosen the Mexico one. it somewhat is my cruising historic previous: Carnival mind's eye (7 day Caribbean) Carnival Fascination (7 day Caribbean) Disney Magic (4 day Bahamas) Grandeur of the Seas (7 day Caribbean) Carnival Valor (7 day Caribbean) Carnival satisfaction (7 day Mexican Riviera) I felt, that on the 4 day cruise, with the help of the time you ultimately start to sense settled in after which you're already getting off. i like having an entire week on the deliver. You get the understand the folk and the workers and each thing. that's super. individually i don't even relatively like Nassau a lot. i've got on no account been to Key West, notwithstanding it sounds relatively super... yet you get greater cultural enrichment in case you pass to Mexico. Puerto Vallarta has incredibly seashores. Mazatlan is nearly a sell off (secure, inspite of the indisputable fact that) with surprising outside taxis. Cabo is gorgeous yet there are too many travelers... nonetheless, pass on the Mexico one. i'd take very almost any 7 day cruise over a 4 day.

OH MY GOSH! my family goes on cruises to and each year we take turns putting the pictures into a slide show with songs and galore! some of the songs that we have used in the past---the song that does bermuda, jamaica, ohhh i wanna take her to aruba BAHAMAS come on pretty mamma! i think that's the beach boys. another song we use is brown eyed girls...because it has that nice caribbean beat in the back and we have brown eyed girls in our family (i don't know about you.) Also under the boardwalk...that has a contagious tune to it. Also there is the song that goes....come sail away..come sail away come sail away with me. that is a good one for pictures when you are on the boat. and then there is the song from the m&m commercial...don't rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby...rock the boat...don't tip the boat over. Two Pina Coladas by Kenny Chesney is also a good island song. and then there is the song it's 5 o'clock somewhere by Alan Jackson.

I hope some of these songs work to document some of the pictures from your memorable vacation! =)

I suggest "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" or some Hawaiian music for the tropical effect. You might even use the theme to "Love Boat for the cruise.
