i don't know... that's an interesting question, and i totally agree! ...sorry but some people are posting some really dumb stuff..... (not you.... answers.)

Also i don't think anybody is realizing most of the time it's not legally considered sex if it's between a girl and a girl.. but a guy and guy yes because it's penal penetration... also sodomy... but i don't think that counts as another offense between a guy and a guy (because that would be really stupid and unfair....) but it definitely is between a guy and a girl.

sorry, didn't answer your question but just throwing that out there...

Yes it would be illegal because you would be molesting a minor in the eyes of her parents. The consensual part doesn't mean much to the law when the person is under 16 in most of the USA. Some states the age is 18! Many times the young person is not offended by a sexual relationship, but the parents are and they get the law after you!!!

It depends where you are and what the Age of Consent is. If the AoC is 16 then you are breaking the law. In some countries it is 13 so you would not be illegal there. If, however, you took an under-aged person to a country where sex was legal at that age, you could still be charged by the country you took her from.

Leave them alone til they are legal even if it is completely consensual. The parents might not consent and they could have you charged.

No matter the genders of the partners in many/most states it is illegal and classified as statutory rape as it is thought that someone that young is too immature to be able to give consent.

Depends on what state or country you're in.

Look here for a list of legal "Age of Consent" for every state in the USA, and also for most countries:

Thats where the term jailbait comes from . The problems start when angry parents contact the law .

Kiki...this is not a text to your girlfriend. Using such horrible grammar can be offensive to some. There are very sensitive people on here and you need to consider their feelings.

Can you say Crime?
Can you say statutory rape?
