Do you mean would they engage in homosexual activity? If so the answer is yes. Labelling people as gay or straight is a very modern concept. Many societies accepted homosexual activity as part of normal human sexuality.
There are, for instance, tribes in the highlands of Papua New Guinea who believe that boys will not be able to produce semen until they have absorbed some. Consequently all the boys perform fellatio on the men. This is perfectly normal. It is regarded as a little odd if they continue to do so when they get past their teens but it is till OK. Taboos against homosexuality are nearly all based on biblical verses. People with non-biblical cultures tend not to have problems with it.
