Sulfuric smell from cars exhaust is normal Just another by-product of burning fuel. Different fuel from another gasoline station is what Nissan recommends. Bargain gas can do it as well as high priced fuel stations. All fuel oils are shipped to the distributor in the same pipe. when valve x closed and the tank was last used for higher sulfur fuel like diesel. Then you fill up with GLO-CO bargain From Bagdad gas. Then you get the smell. I have not seen what I would call really bad gas for 20 years. Shell oil company produced a fuel that left white residue and caused Lot's of carburetor problems.. Be careful 15% ethanol can drag up moisture into the fuel systems and cause old fuel injectors to fail.

Bad gas can be gas that is too old and it has started to turn into varnish an become gummy and less volitile, also sometimes contaminated by water and or dirt which will cause a car to run poorly...
Perhaps just a lot of sediment in it from refueling to close to when the semi tanker delivered the gas to the station where you last bought gas

Interesting! I always thought that egg smell was contributed to the cat. converter. Is this a dealership? I'd get a second opinion. In response to your question , though, we always thought that " bad gas" referred to gas that had a lot of water in it. When we get some, the car starts stuttering and hesitating. Not a mechanic, but hope this helps. Maybe others have more knowledge on this. :)

Maybe it had a mixed meal of eggs and beans. What you're experiencing is car farts. Your car keeps farting; I recommend Bean-o or Gas-x. Try not to return fire, though, cause your car will win. If for some reason you DO return fire, eat some spicy stuff with what your car had (you know, the eggs and beans.) Go to Sombrero's if you want the biggest, most fattest bean and cheese burritos you'll probably ever see and let 'em rip! lol! Good luck! Oh! And tell me who wins, too!

you have have been given a single cyl dragging air by way of a single carb a 200CC engine is drawing in 200x 2500 cc's of air each and every minute at 5000 rpm ( no longer consisting of scavanging and valve overlap) All it quite is drawn by way of a 22mm dia orifice the place a single steel needle sits in a brass or copper significant jet. no one has reported that this reasons the needle to oscillate interior the main jet, that observed by way of the traditional of gasoline reasons severe placed on of the needle jet orifice and likewise the main jet. This reasons the hollow to be over sized and enables a decrease tension interior the emulsion tube which reasons greater gasoline to be mixed with the air and reasons your ecconomy to bypass out of the window. @ 40,000 kms your jetting if it hasn't been replaced is knackered and wiped out. no volume of reducing the needle or adjusting the air combination is going to make amends for that. Get your self an entire carb refurbish kit ensure the Copper/ Brass needle jet ( the single interior the carb physique) is inserted the nicely suited way around with the hollow interior the part matching the hollow interior the carb physique dealing with the air intake. ensure the emulsion tube is the nicely suited one for the form/ with the nicely suited form of holes and that they are clean ensure the main jet is the nicely suited jet for the situations and eleveation above sea point ensure the needle is suspended from its middle circlip place to commence whilst placing the top ensure the slide is the nicely suited way around and sitting on the slide top adjustment screw. Then set up the carb to the mandatory settings to commence your song from first concepts. I actually have a TDM 850 which demands this to be completed each and every 8000 Mile (1200 kms), the variation in mileage is between 6-12 km/l which equates to between a hundred thirty and one hundred fifty five miles to a tank

Bad gas is gas that's been contaminated in some way, or gas that has sat for too long and is turning to varnish.
