Every web site has a procedure were if you want something removed like your picture for example they tell you how it can be done and the procedure on how to do it including Yahoo.Answers,so check there policy and procedures and that will tell you including Myspace,of which I am a member as well.

If it is your picture and it's been posted on MySpace without your consent, it might be considered a copyright violation:

There were others answers, but they all involved someone impersonating you... that doesn't sound like that's the case for you, though.

I don't really know about that...but sometimes when you post a picture of yourself it sometimes stays...but any-way check with the main source of my-space...good-luck
