I want to lose at least 10 pounds before school starts. All my friends say that I' skinny, but I don't think I am. Also, what are some good excersises to help lose leg, thigh, stomach, and arm fat. Just a litttle. By the way, do you think that I can lose 10 pounds by 2 months by eating health and excercising a little bit more than I'm used too (not excessively though). Also, I'm like 5'-5'1''.

first of all, I get a little worried when i hear your friends dont think you need to lose weight, but yet, you think you do. That could mean you have an altered self-image of yourself. So, I dont know much more how to progress this topic.
But, I will say this, if you dedicate yourself to 2 months of working out and eating healthy, then you can not only lose weight but gain some muscle.

If your friends say you are skinny, you are, believe them. Failure to listen to good friends like that leads to anorexia. Unless you are obese, you should not be worrying about your weight at 13. Eat well, exercise more. If you want a good healthy diet with lots of variation that will help you control your weight without gettig excessivley thin, follow a diabetic diet. This is a low-sugar low fat diet that allows you to eat lots of good things. Look up any good diabetic website for ideas.

I thought it was impossible but i so 50 situps in the morning and 50 again in the evening after a fast bike ride round the town this is an average of about 3 miles at hte highest speed you can achieve. And eat less rubbish foods such as chips and fizzy drinks but so not lose faith just beleive in your goals and you will achieve your target.

well, start making goals for yourself to do like say, 40 crunches a day or something.
dont eat when you are full, this is the problem i have, lol.
eat things that arent loaded with saturated fats and stuff.
lastly, run around and do things more. (going to the store, etc.)
hope this helps!
oh yeah, and as for the thighs, if you have a gym membership or own one of these at home, use an elliptical trainer! they made my thighs WAY less flabby along with the bicycle. =)

I would just lift weights, that will tone your muscles up and you will look more trim. High protein and less carbs for body building. Make sure you only lift every other day and not everyday because you will not build muscle you will tear muscle tissue and you won't tone them as quickly.

yeah the weight will come off if u dont eat for a week. it worked for me i lost 15 lbs in a week. im 13 too. what grade r u going into anyways? email me at grimsbuddy93@yahoo.com i like talking about this kinda stuff...

you don't need to lose weight. you are healthy. just eat better, not a lot of junk and try to exercise. healthy is sexy, not skin and bones.
